Bonsoir et bravo pour votre logiciel,
je l'avais avant sur Windows et aucun soucis, vraiment parfait, mais je m'aventure sous Linux et plus précisement sous Ubuntu 10.10 x64 et après avoir lancé l'installation aucun soucis sauf que je n'ai aucun son et ceci que soit avec des videos présentes sur mon PC ou bien des podcast et autres.
Ma version de Homeplayer est la :1.5.9c (20100911) et la version de VLC est la 1.1.4.
J'ai regardée pas mal de post avant de mettre un message ici, j'ai testée dans Homeplayer le changement de version en V4 (car freebox V4) ou même l'ajout d'une ligne de commande dans Homeplayer et dans VLC pour y inscrire twolame, mais aucun résultat.

Tu peux rajouter -vv dans les VLC Options et poster le log (Afficher Messages) ?

Je viens de refaire de nouveaux tests.
J'ai redirigé le son des vidéos sur le pc et la pas de soucis, mais si je désactive cela rien a faire, toujours rien.
personne n'a une idée?

Je ne vois rien de significatif dans les logs. il y a peut-être une option qui ne passe pas (--sout-transcode-samplerate par exemple). Est-ce que ce problème fait ça avec toutes les vidéos ? As-tu essayé de passer par le décodage via la freebox ?

En fait pour tout dire, j'ai essayée de lire des vidéos avec diverses logiciel, y compris VLC et sur ma machine aucun problème, ni de son ni d'image.
J'ai essayée de redirigé le son sur mon pc pendant la lecture sur homeplayer et la parfait, le son sur les enceintes du PC, je ne m'y suis pas trop attardée car le son était décalé, je pense que c'est normal et que c'est la fonction "delay" qui corrige cela, mais comme j'ai pas envie de faire n'importe quoi, j'ai pas bidouillée :(
Je ne sais pas si cela est lié, mais lorsque j'essaie de joindre mafreebox.freebox.fr.. rien (en direct, via VLC, en ping en HTTP....)
Franchement ca m'ennuie, car sinon c'est super réactif et ca marche vraiment bien pas de coupure d'image rien... manque juste le son lol

Ça n'est pas lié à ton problème, c'est une option de HomePlayer qui ne passe pas. Pour le son, je pensais directement sur la télé en utilisant le décodage par la freebox menu options->vidéos->menu lecture freebox.

Je viens de tester sur un autre pc avec windows et ca marche... mince
Donc j'en déduis que le pb est entre Ubuntu 10.10 x64 et Homeplayer dernière version.
Pfft! pas envie d'avoir windows chez moi... saloperie d'os :)

Bonjour,
Je confirme un problème similaire sur Mandriva 2010.2.
Plus précisément, le son marche correctement avec HomePlayer 159b et VLC 1.0.6.
Le son ne fonctionne plus avec HomePlayer 159c / HomePlayer 159d et VLC 1.0.6.
Je viens également d'essayer HomePlayer 159d et VLC 1.1.7. Idem, pas de son...
Qu'est ce qui aurait pu changer au niveaul du lancement de VLC entre la 159b et la 159c ?

Je suis malheureusement dans le même cas. J'ai bien tenté avec une version antérieure, mais j'avoue que des versions récentes de VLC et HP me plairaient plus.
Il n'y a eu aucun changement ? Peut-être quelque chose en vue ?

donc pour les utilisateurs de Ubuntu /linux mint
pour avoir le son avec VLC il vous avez besoin des libs libavcodec-extra-52 et libavcodec-unstripped-52 quoi que la 2 eme et peut etre pas utile j'ai pas regarder oublier pas de fermé Homeplayer et de tué le processus VLc qui reste en mémoire relancé Homplayer et normalement pour la lecture avec VLC le son serra la

Homeplayer 1.5.9d
Vlc 1.1.7

J'ai essayé avec les libs mais ça ne change rien.
Ça doit malgré tout avoir un rapport avec certains codecs : j'ai fait un test avec un video clip et le son passe parfaitement, mais le format n'est pas du mp3.
Peut-être qu'il faudrait repasser sur la 1.1.7, comme tu l'as fait, mais je n'ai aucune idée de la méthode à adopter. :-[
