J'ai le même pb et personne ne m'a répondu !!! j'ai réinstallé tous les programmes sur mon PC (XP) y compris la nouvelle version de HP en faisant tous les tests et config demandés. Depuis, je ne peux plus enregistrer sur mon PC alors que tout le reste fonctionne !
