HP démarre puis s'arrête des que j'entre une option

Bonjour,
Je suis sous XP pro SP2, box HD V5, en mode routeur et avec VPN peer2me, j'ai fonctionné longtemps avec HP puis je n'ai pas pu déterminer pourquoi, il s'est bloqué comme décrit, j'ai tenté de désinstaller, réinstaller, mais même problème.

Le logiciel démarre, l'icone s'affiche dans la barre des tâches, écran noir, puis après plusieurs mn, arrêt de HP sans aucun message d'erreur, les seules actions que je peux faire est d'afficher la liste des chaines ou les univers mais sans pouvoir rentrer dans l'un d'entre eux.

Je ne suis pas très expert et je ne trouve pas problèmes similaires sur le net.
