Mes Web videos --> Erreur inconnue

Bonjour,

je n'arrive pas à accéder à la section Mes Web vidéos ... avec notamment un écran noir le message "une erreur est survenue"

les différentes réponses de Baloo à ce sujet ne m'ont pas permises de résoudre le problème ... à savoir vider le cache du répertoire .homeplayer.

j'èspere qu'à l'aide du log vous pourrez m'aider :
au passage, j'ai n'ai pas réussi à visionner les guignols de l'info
